Location was very close to the church I needed to attend that evening. Your Evening Clerk (a Black Lady) sorry didn't remember her name.. My my she Had a Smile!!!!! was Awesome... She really had me smiling and laughing.. So kind, polite, gentle, had listening ear**** Excellent Customer Service!!!! It shows she Love her Job; but most of All Customers...*** you really need people like HER ALWAYS*** She shines

Unfortunately did not catch her name, the lady at the front desk Saturday afternoon on 1/25 was the best! She accommodated our request and was very helpful. We got a newly renovated room and it was a beautiful stay. The provided breakfast was also fantastic.

Size of the room was great. Staff was phenomenal, super friendly and welcoming. Overall great hotel to stay during your trip to Fort Worth. This will be the to go spot for our family for sure.

I absolutely loved the location to the stadium, the assistance provided by the staff. they were very quick to assist with our needs. The facility was extremely clean and comfortable! I would refer anyone to this location.

We stay here quite often! We live about 5 hrs away and this is our go to place! We drive to see my in laws in Fort Worth and also my stepson. It’s always quite clean and safe.

Everything was great good personality. Breakfast was 👌 awesome. Good Suites room was great roomy huge and a lot of space. Enjoyed the comfy beds .
